Re Billy: Very nice, liked the light jazz piano... and then, at the end, a nod to Grieg's "Hall of the Mountain King". That was an unexpected twist there.

Well, we had the pinball, Bert & Ernie and the cookiemonster here, but not many of those songs and cartoons. I guess they were considered irrelevant to the early 90's Norwegian kid or something...
