Niiiiiiiiiiice. Just don't take it through a rally stage and the wash should hold up for a while!

How's the pollen in Finland? It can leave a car coated yellow here in Texas, when the wind blows it in from all parts of the continent...

Pollen can be crazy here...especially spruce pollen. I've had a car coated yellow by that stuff after I left it out to dry after a wash...let me tell ya that wasn't a funny moment.

Ugh! I know EXACTLY what you mean! The wash becomes a prison for the pollen and it just smears everywhere!

Yeah....not a fan of pollen...at all...luckily spruce and pine pollens aren't allergenic though...

Oh yeah...there was a tv show about Australian truckers on discovery which I used to watch...but honestly there was never a road train quite that long on the tv show! :wtf:

Bit of car service today again..

Oil change and also did the oil cooler gasket replacement as it was leaking a bit...



Cooler gasket:


Oil filter/cooler housing gasket:


Engine side:


New gaskets in and cleaned up waiting for the cooler install:


All day job this little thing as there were couple of tricky bolts that needed some fiddling and ofcourse coolant ran out as well so needed to top that and let the car preform an auto air bleed process as well...and lots and lots of cleaning for all the spilled oil...

Still on the to-do-list are the spark plugs and the air filters (engine and cabin)...tomorrow's a rainy day so that'll be thursday's job.

Don't know much about Hondas part from the fact that their suspension tends to be bit on the tight side for most models...and that doesn't always make for a comfortable ride...

Thankfully, it's not bad on the Accord I drive or the Odyssey. CR-V uses the same chassis as the Accord, IIRC, so it should be a similar ride.

We went on a 3000-mile road trip in an Insight a few years ago. It was fun, but a hard ride. :)
