I hadn't realised he was the only original member left, so yes, maybe it is time to wind things up. But it's been 56 years, he has health issues, I fully understand stepping away from it all.

Now it's official, KK's Priest is the only Priest related band that has an original member.

And also what I've found watching the video clips from the ongoing KK's Priest tour the band is getting really really tight. The preformances have been excellent to say the least and KK himself has a shit ton of energy and passion still on stage, which is something that is missing from Rob's Priest nowadays.
Tim's voice is also still in top form which is somewhat of a miracle considering he's 60 next year.

Well ones still headlining arenas while the other is supporting WASP in small halls and theatres. If fans are still showing up no need to hang it up.

If we want to get technical, Iron Maiden have been going around with only one original member since before the first album. Metallica two members, Slayer two, Megadeth and Anthrax both one.

What an incredible career Ian had though. The steady heartbeat of Priest for 57 years laying down the foundations of some of the greatest metal ever written.
