I know you're living on a different planet, but here on earth solstice is in June and December. Equinox, on the other hand...  :partay: :batdance:

Often, if it's not sung in English, it's world music. More often, if it's not rock and roll and not sung in English, it's world music. But not necessarily folk tunes, as our friends in Africa are able to demonstrate:

There's ALOT of music that's not Rock or sung in English that's not World Music. I think my definition above is a pretty good one...

There's ALOT of music that's not Rock or sung in English that's not World Music. I think my definition above is a pretty good one...

Tang Dynasty sings in Mandarin. If you heard English, you need to find a place to sit down and ride out that monster high you've got. :)
