My wife made Aloo Gobi last night - Indian recipe for cauliflower and potatoes, very rich in spices without being hot spicy. Burgers tonight and then she'll take a stab at Paneer Makhnani - cheese in tomato gravy - tomorrow. The Paneer Makhnani is one of my favorites, hope it comes out right.

Last night we had Sausage and Chips (not Fries!!), tonight it is Spaghetti with Meatballs in a bolognese sauce.

I'll agree that chips are not fries. Especially properly-made chips from a proper chippery. I'd take them any day over fries.
