My bad.  I meant to say Bluray player.  I was instead thinking of the 4K TV Jack was going to get you.

We just bought a 55" 4K Ultra smart TV for $225.00 at the Mart of Wal. It was as is, so that is why the price was cheap. Still figuring everything out on it. That is what the boy is for. I do know I need to get some surround sound.

Then that is a great price for a Samsung.  I was afraid you bought one of the Chinese brands, which wouldn't be worth 225 cents.

Like you said, it was "as is", so that is why they dropped the price.  It was probably a display model.  All that would mean is that it was on all day for a year or so.  But reviews say, and my own experience has been, that both Samsung and Panasonic last for many years.  Plus, prices have come down on the bigger screens over time.  I have a Samsung 52" that I bought 15 years ago for $2000.  It still works perfectly.
