I read yesterday that in 1955, a Fats Domino concert in Bridgeport, Connecticut was canceled by local police because they suspected that... ROCK AND ROLL DANCING MIGHT BE FEATURED!!!

And then there was the song that the BBC banned because of its graphic nudity... "Splish Splash" by Bobby Darin...
