Typhon raises a good point with Cornucopia. I absolutely love that song. Did I think of it? No. Therefore, deep cut, and underrated at that.

I agree with Charger's list - and I think that the first three, while deep cuts, are also properly rated. :smug:

The fact that there's a lot of discussion around Vol. 4 - is half the album a deep cut?

Vol. 4, for me, almost qualifies as full of deep cuts since Sabbath has barely touched any of it post-1997. And even when they did play something from it, it didn't have the longevity in the set that the first album/Paranoid/MOR cuts did. Save for 'Snowblind' of course.

Maybe we need to do a Vol. 4 Online Appreciation Party... ?

Vol 4 is a very dualistic album...the good tracks are REALLY good and the weak tracks are REALLY weak...and like that's not enough it's got even a couple of okay songs too...

I think overall it's probably the most mixed feeling Sabbath album of all time...Listening to it is like a massive journey of ups and downs.

I think not...Only It's Alright and Gypsy were singles...with Rock 'n Roll Doctor and She's Gone as b-sides....
I thought I’d seen it somewhere that Back Street Kids did get a single release. Albeit only a French release which is probably why it’s so hard to find and so expensive.
