Agree, good call. This is a road made for those stoner/desert riffs. I could do some electronica with it, but ultimately this is a road for music that has gears, pistons, and motor oil.

Carburetors were better than Chrome Division... for some reason, speed metal plus a long road just make me fall asleep.

Priest's "Heading Out on the Highway", though, is a strong yes, but only for the first 30 miles or so. A song like that in the middle of a 400-mile road trip would not be welcome on my playlist, unless it was right after making a fuel stop. It's a start of the trip song.

Slow and dark rockabilly, however, is perfect for those miles in the middle of the end that all blur into each other:

Yeah, CD is a side project of Shagrath of Dimmu Borgir. The better band of his if you ask me, though.
And i agree Carburetors is the better of the two, but they're kinda intertwined to me. They arrived at about the same time, with a similar style of "motoroil Rock".
