The first of an occasional poll, but not necessarily acting choices (and just to see how the polls work!).
----------
I thought I would start with Your Favourite Batman. (I had thought about doing Superman but decided I don't really like the character... so I went with the DC character I do like!)
I haven't included the actors who played him in the 40s/50s as I doubt anyone has seen those series, and also I haven't included Robert Patinson as his film hasn't come out yet. But you can vote for these with "Other" if you want.

Keaton is the one and only. Val Kilmer was surprisingly good as well...
Those Nolan batmans are a bit of a mixed bag for me...they're bit too serious and bit too pompous for my liking...same goes for Bale's acting.
Adam West's camp style was also rather brilliant...the rest are something between horrible and oh god no!

ADAM WEST OH HELL YES

I got into Batman with the Nolan films, I'm not sure I've seen the Clooney effort, but the Keaton and Kilmer entries are pretty good if a little dated.
I don't mind West but it is very dated these days. Affleck was the best thing in the recent films but that just seems to hilight how bad the films were.
I don't understand the love for any of the Lego movies.

I use to think Keaton was the best until Bale came along. The Nolan movies will never be outdone

Christian Bale with Keaton as a close second.

Bale without hesitation. He is as a perfect Dark Knight as a sensitive Bruce Wayne.. Seeing Affleck replacing him makes Bale even better.

I'm thinking that my preference for Adam West is my key roadblock in fully enjoying later interpreters of the role.
:haha1:
