The front woman and founder of the heavy metal band HUNTRESS Jill Janus has taken her own life!

I was a big fan of Huntress, especially the first album was fantastic and Jill's vocal talents were immense.

I knew she had been suffering from depression but didn't know it was this bad...but ofcourse depression often is...I know.

I hope she has found peace now where ever she travels...

I am bit heart broken truth be told...

That is horrible!! I hope she finds the peace she was looking for.

Wow she had a really tough life, serious mental illness, cancer, constant thoughts of suicide. Hopefully her mind and body are now at peace. RIP Jill.

R.I.P. Jill. Hopefully she has found the peace that she couldn't find on this Earth.

I know so much has been done and is being done in regards to suicide prevention/awareness, but I hope that news like this inspires others to seek a helping hand should they feel they need it. We lose so many good people to suicide.
