The thread for bands that show massive amounts of Swedishness, but aren't. Like this one, which is sort of like ABBA meets Rick Derringer by way of Manfred Mann...

Sooooooo... what other bands are 100% Swedish except for the fact that none of the members are Swedes?

Same guy, doing a Disney version of "Run to the Hills"... just another point of comparison so we know what's Swedish. Let the further research for evidence of Swedishness done by non-Swedes commence...

Swedish in this sence must be: not quite out in the boondocks enough to actually be original (like (random exaple) Norwegians), but close enough to to some degree pretend they "know what's going on", without really knowing...

^^^ Sorry, they're as American as it gets. The Palm Desert band with the least Palm Desert sound. They've got a pretty Swedish name, though... :)

Which explains the Swedishness of elements in the song - and Homme's recent dalliance with dance-pop - and, since Homme's not 100% Swede, why it's not as overwhelming as other areas.
