Title: Best LZ Closer
Post by: Zzzptm on March 22, 2018, 02:52:57 PM
8 choices... what's your reason for picking what you pick?

I go with "When the Levee Breaks" just on sheer oomph power in that track. Second place for me is "I'm Gonna Crawl" because Plant really puts his all into that track. My choice for third kind of surprises me... "Tea for One". I like "The Ocean" better as a song, but as a closer, "Tea for One" works better. "The Ocean" belongs in the middle of an album.

I'm not a big Zeppelin fan, but I have all the albums. There's only one of those I can remember but it is a great closer... When The Levee Breaks.

How Many More Times ranks high. But it had to be Levee...

Honestly any song that ends the pain of listening a Zeppelin album is great! :D

But no seriously When The Levee Breaks is a good song...in fact one of only two or three Zep songs I actually like.

Sat here for about 10 minutes trying to decide on this. Today I went with How many More Times. Tomorrow could be Bring it on Home. Saturday it could be When the Levee Breaks

Levee baby. A powerful ending to an almost flawless album.
