Black Sabbath riff overlord Tony Iommi has premiered a lyric video for his newly remastered Glenn Hughes collaboration ‘Dopamine.’
On Friday 4th October, Tony Iommi and Glenn Hughes’ 2004 album ‘The 1996 DEP Sessions’ and Iommi’s 2005 solo album ‘Fused’ (also featuring Hughes) will be released on vinyl for the very first time via BMG.
Alongside the limited-edition coloured vinyl editions, the two remastered releases will also be available on Digi-sleeve CD and digital formats.

Prior to recording ‘The 1996 DEP Sessions’ and ‘Fused’ with Tony Iommi in the mid-noughties, Glenn Hughes had previously collaborated with Iommi on the 1986 Black Sabbath album ‘Seventh Star’.
As a taster for the two releases next month, Tony Iommi has released ‘Fused’ tracks ‘Dopamine’ and ‘Resolution Song’ as a double A-side single, and he’s shared a lyric video for ‘Dopamine.’
Tony Iommi’s ‘The 1996 DEP Sessions’ and ‘Fused’ are both available to pre-order RIGHT HERE.
Back in June, Tony Iommi revealed that he’s hard at work on his first solo record in two decades.
Asked during an interview on the Full Metal Jackie radio show what he’s currently up to, Iommi responded: "I am writing stuff now for my own, for an album. So that's exciting too. And there's no pressure. I just do stuff when I feel like it, because, obviously, I've got a life to live and I like to do all the different stuff.
“But I've really enjoyed doing this stuff, as I did with Ozz when I'd done a couple of tracks for his last album ('Patient Number 9'), which was good, to work with Ozz again. And I'm quite open for all that now. Whatever comes, and I like it, I do it."

Saw this also on the facebook.
I doubt I'll be getting these...never liked The Dep Sessions and Fused I already have and don't hear a big difference in the sound so I'm not sure it's even been remastered...nor does it really have the need to be I guess...
