Title: Female Fronted DOOOOOM Metal bands!

There are some really great bands out there!

Here's one of my favourites:

MOUNT SALEM...sadly they only released one album called Endless back in 2014 and faded away...they had huuuuuge potential. Very Sabbathy sound and Emily Kopplin's vocals are sublime!

You might also want to try out Sky Valley Mistress... I buy everything they put out and will continue to do so for some time to come. :rockon:

Listening to this now and I'm very very impressed. Guitar player definitely paid attention to Iommi's style and the vocalist has a tone that is perfect for the material. I don't like perfect clarity in the notes. I like my singers to have a little rock and roll going on in the back or around the edges. This lady's *got* it. I may like the singer for Sky Valley Mistress better, but this one's no slouch and her guitar player does a fantastic job.

She has some crazy growls that's for sure...not my thing at all but I can say that she's got some serious skill though.
